Bygr is a group of people with multi national background and experiences from successful banking-, construction-, IT- and proptech companies. Our team is a good 50/50 mix between product development and commercial positions divided between our offices in Bergen and Oslo, Norway.
In the short period of only 2 years, Bygr has secured investment capital from leading Norwegian investors such as Kistefoss and AF Gruppen and has built a solid client base consisting of both small to big scale contractor and developer companies in the Nordics.

Bygr was started in 2019 by brothers Guy and Yuval Montuelle after they have personally experienced the complexity of construction projects from the buyer side. Coming from an fintech background, they saw the potential in better digital tools and set on a journey to make project collaboration easier.
Since then we have built our product in close collaboration with our customers, AF Gruppen and Eiendom, Bate boligbyggelag, Bybo and LAB.
We believe in simplifying the complex problems and having fun while we are doing it. We are coming from different backgrounds and nurture diversity. We are biased toward action so we get things done. We work in a radically candid way meaning we can be fundamentally honest with each another to achieve the best results.
